1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The No-Code Marketplace ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
The No-Code Marketplace is a platform that allows users to buy and sell automation workflows for various tools including Zapier, Make, and n8n. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers and handle payment processing.
3. User Accounts
3.1. You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.4. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Seller Terms
4.1. Sellers must provide accurate descriptions of their templates.
4.2. Templates must be original work or you must have the right to sell them.
4.3. Sellers receive 75% of the sale price. The Platform retains a 25% commission.
4.4. All templates are subject to review and approval before being listed.
4.5. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate "Required Adjustments" information.
4.6. Sellers must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payments.
5. Buyer Terms
5.1. Buyers purchase templates for personal or commercial use as specified.
5.2. Download links are valid for 30 days after purchase.
5.3. All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5.4. Buyers must complete required adjustments as specified by the seller.
5.5. Buyers may leave reviews and ratings for purchased templates.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
6.2. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.
6.3. Sellers are paid monthly via Stripe Connect.
6.4. The Platform handles all payment processing and customer support.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Sellers retain ownership of their templates.
7.2. By listing a template, sellers grant buyers a license to use the template as specified.
7.3. The Platform's name, logo, and design are protected by intellectual property laws.
7.4. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission.
8. Prohibited Content
Templates must not contain:
- Illegal content or activities
- Malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Spam or misleading information
- Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
9. Disclaimers
9.1. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9.2. We do not guarantee that templates will work in all environments.
9.3. We are not responsible for issues arising from template use.
9.4. Sellers are responsible for the quality and functionality of their templates.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The No-Code Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
11. Termination
11.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
11.2. Users may delete their accounts at any time.
11.3. Upon termination, access to purchased templates may be revoked.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
